Lumina provides a unified AI workspace for content, code, image, video, and voice generation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content, or to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service. Generated content must comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you generate, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying model providers. We grant you a license to use generated outputs for commercial purposes subject to these Terms. Lumina and its software remain our property.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
